Lisa is an Australian multimedia artist specialising in textile design, with a lifelong love of all things storybook and whimsical.
Throughout her creative career, she has brought countless characters, bears and dolls to life, capturing hearts and inspiring imagination through her unique designs.
With over 30 years of experience in the soft sculpture industry and numerous design awards, Lisa has turned her passion and expertise towards inspiring and teaching like-minded creators.
Her teaching style is detailed and straightforward to follow, guiding students step by step through the creative process. With her encouragement and expert instruction, students of all skill levels gain the confidence to create beautiful pieces, often achieving results beyond their expectations.

Oh my goodness, what an enjoyable process this was! I thought this was going to be beyond my capabolities, but Lisa's instruction video's are the best! I did have to contact Lisa to ask about the fabrics etc, however she replied very quickly (I live in Wales UK) so I am sure there was a time difference! Thank you for this amazingly lovable character. I will make one in pink next.
These two little characters are a joy to make and you can interchange all your pocket pals using these two patterns. You can be quite creative. Lisa’s tutorials are “spot-on” as always.

I loved making Darling. I could only get white fleece at the time so went for a lamb look. So happy how she turned out. I've had some great comments that have boosted my confidence to make more of Lisa's creations. Thank you Lisa for your amazing patterns and easy to follow tutorials ❤️

Well what can I say apart from I was so happy with the result of my girrafe. This wouldn't of been possible without the exceptional video that comes with every pattern. You learn so many new skills with every pattern you purchase. I have about 6 now and my collection is growing. Already looking for my next one.

What a pleasure it was making this cute little mouse that I’ve now named Molly. She now sits beautifully on the corner of my unit. As always Lisa’s patterns are made to perfection & if you follow her tutorials to the exact instructions given you will find everything fits together perfectly.
I made this one up as horse for a birthday present which was very well received. Excellent pattern and video tutorial. Highly recommend !

This beagle was such a joy to make. The video tutorial was clear and detailed and easy to follow. I just love the finished size and her face is just adorable. She is now off to Denmark to my mother in law for her new forever home.

first time maker. I used my Nephews shirt who was killed by a drunk driver. I presented the bear to his daughter at her wedding. I also my one for his mom and other daughter. You can awesome directions and a really nice pattern. Thank you
I've only been sewing for around a year and a half and while I knew the pattern would challenge me, I'm so glad I went with the memory bear first in honor of my daddy. The pattern and tutorial went beautifully hand in hand. I did have to watch some of Lisa's hand sewing tutorials but now I have that knowledge to lead me forward with her other patterns. So, don't be intimidated if you haven't been sewing long. You can do it!!!
