At Lisa Pay, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for digital products, such as downloadable patterns, unless there was an error in delivery or access.

Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us at hello@lisapay.com with the following details:
    • Your name
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products (if already downloaded or accessed)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Gift cards

Processing Time for Refunds

Once the return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@lisapay.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
